However, I am expressly giving you permission to view and/or save these images for your PERSONAL VIEWING USE.

Go ahead and copy them to your personal computer to view later offline, but...

DO NOT post any of these pictures on another website (see below about reposting to facebook, myspace, tribe, etc.);

DO NOT reproduce or use these pictures for any commercial or promotional purpose;

DO NOT forward or email any of these pictures without informing the recipient of this copyright information (you can cut and paste this section).

If you are the main subject of a photo, you have my permission to copy the photo off the website and repost it to your facebook, tribe, or myspace account. I would appreciate a photo credit if you do (eg. photo by PleasureSean.com) but I'll live if you don't. Again, if you are not the main subject of a photo, you do not have the right to post it to your facebook, myspace, tribe account. Sorry, but if you have a problem with that, then YOU spend a couple of thousand of dollars on camera gear, haul it around to parties, and then spend thousands of hours editing the photos and posting them to the web and then you can make your own rules.

If you would like a higher resolution photo of the one shown on the web and you are the main subject of the photo, shoot me an email and usually I'll give it to you. If you want to use a photo of yourself for commercial use or whatnot, explain to me what it will be for and usually I'll give you the photo and the rights, but, well, not if you plan on using it for something I find offensive (like political things that rhyme with Perublican).

Generally, I am uninterested in selling any of these pictures. They are here primarily for the enjoyment of the people in them and our community. They are here to tickle the aesthetic of beauty in all of us and remind us there are some pretty good and/or interesting things in life every once in a while. However, if you would like to use some of these images to benefit the artistic community, let me know and I may make an exception.
